Business Entity Name:

It requires a copy of registration certificate bearing the Name of your business.

Complete Address, Phone, Cell & Fax No. :

Here we require a copy of latest Telephone, Cell or Fax bill clearly bearing the Name and Address of your Business.

Legal Status of the Business

I	Proprietor Firm If your Firm is a Proprietor Firm it requires a copy of latest IT return clearly bearing name of the proprietor & firm OR Any other document certifying that.
II	Partnership Firm If your firm is a Partnership Firm then a copy of Partnership Deed is required.
III	Company Ltd. : If your company is a Public or Private Ltd. then a copy of registration certificate with ROC (Registrar of Companies) is required .

Income Tax Registration / PAN
/TAN :

This requires a copy of Income Tax Registration Certificate or PAN Certificate/ TAN No. / Card clearly bearing entity’s name.

Sales or Service Tax Registration or TIN / VAT :

I	For a State Sales Tax & Central Sales Tax a copy of Registration Certificate clearly bearing entity’s name from State Sales Tax & Central Sales Tax Departments is required.
II	For TIN / VAT a copy of TIN or VAT Registration Certificate clearly bearing entity’s name is required.
III	For a Service Tax a copy of Registration Certificate clearly bearing entity’s name from Central Excise Officer is required.

Excise Registration No :

It requires a copy of Registration Certificate clearly bearing entity’s name from Central Board of Excise and Customs.

IEC Code/ BIN Registration :

It requires a copy of Certificate from Director General of Foreign for carrying out export/import activities from/ to India clearly bearing entity’s import/export code no. / BIN No.

Date of Establishment :

It requires a copy of Certificate of Commerce of Business by ROC/ copy of Partnership Deed/ copy of First IT return of the Proprietorship Firm which states the total no. of years of operation of the business.

Turnover / Financial Year :

For the total Company Turnover during the last financial year a copy of Audited Balance Sheet with Trading and P/L statement of the company is required.

Export House Status :

Export House Statues requires a copy of Certificate from Director General of Foreign Trade mentioning the status granted by Director General of Foreign Trade (Like Export House, Trading House, Star Trading House, Super Star Trading House etc.). To the Export Business Entity.

SSI Registration :

It requires a copy of certification from applicable department/ membership of applicable ministry.

Chamber of Commerce Membership :

It requires a copy of certificate from various Chamber of Commerce recognized by Govt. of India.

D&B D-U-N-S Number :

It requires a copy of certificate issued by Data Universal Numbering System, a unique nine-digit identification sequence and Bradstreet (D&B).

CE/ ISO / Quality
Certification :

It requires a copy of certificate of excellence or any kind of quality certificate issued by a Certifying Authority such as Bureau of Indian Standards empowered though a legislative bag of the Indian Parliament or recognized by Govt.

Health Safety and
Environment Protection :

I	A copy of Certificate issued by a Certifying Authority such as ISO 14000 by an organization empowered through a legislative Act of the Indian Parliament or recognized by Government is required.
II	A copy of Certificate Issued by a Certifying Authority having Certification such as ISO 18000 etc by any organization empowered through a legislative Act of the Indian Parliament or recognized by Government is required for Environment Protection Certificate.
